Details

Hometown: Charlotte NC
Hobbies: I love camping, hiking and recently have taken up cycling. I take my bike with me every where now. It is my tool to stay in shape, have fun and do my part to conserve energy. I'm training for my first ride in May, the National MS Society bike ride in Orange Beach Alabama. 150 miles, whew! I pormise I'll make it!
Gender: M
Strengths: I have extrememly strong legs. I have a muscular build and very large frame. I'm finding I am a steady cycler capapble of pumping up hills at a decent pace. My upper body strength and back are also extremely strong, all compliments of fire training. My weakness is my belly, which needs to quit being fed! Increased activity and smarter food choices are taking care of this. Due to this extra weight I'm not a good runner. As the pounds are shed I plan to add running to my regimen, though cycling is going to remain the frontrunner of my routine.
