Route Description
The route is not for the faint hearted! It is approx. 40 miles long and even includes part of the 2012 Olympic Mountain Bike Course. THere will be ample marshalls, pit stops, good signage, St. John's Ambulance, and even a doctor on call! The ride is in aid of Little Havens Hospice at Rayleigh, Essex. There is a Â£5.00 entry fee but we urge all riders to obtain as much sponsorship as possible. If you would like further information or an entry form please email
