Cycling and walking in St. Joseph, MO are reaching new heights of popularity. In addition, recent years have seen increasing miles of trail system expansion, making the overall bicycle and pedestrian network more open and friendly for the community.

I think most would agree that St. Joseph still has a long way to go before it could consider itself a walking and biking friendly town, but progress is being made one step at a time.

This group was setup to help organize the many different individuals and organizations that are active and involved here in the area. The St. Joseph Bicycle Club regularly plans and schedules rides that visitors to the City may enjoy utilzing. Associating those activities with this group would help somebody searching for information find out where to go in our area.

I'll be adding routes here and there that highlight the trail and parkway system, so track those along and enjoy. I encourage others to do the same as they get a chance.
