    the key to this site is to use the function to track your running routes.  then put in your finish time for the workout and it will track your pace.  if you update your profile with weight, etc. it will track estimated calories burned.  another cool thing is you can track the mileage on  your shoes.  you are supposed to buy new shoes two months before the marathon.
