    I just found out that Heed is going to be the supplied drink at stops on an upcoming marathon. Has anyone used it?

    I usually drink Accelerade, but have had both Gatorade and Powerade with no issues.

    Any input is appreciated...

    I had a buddy share some with me 2 years ago.  If it's the same formulation, then "yuck."  It was kinda pastey & nasty to me.  Completely different than any other sports drink I'd used before (or since).

    Give it a try for weeks before the race.  See how your tummy takes it.  Thats my advice.  Run well, A.

    Agreed.  I bought a can of that and I don't like it at all.  I've drank it preworkout and mixed with orange juice.  I hate to throw it out and waste it but I have to gag it down.
