Anyway to create something that would allow us to put planned workouts in to the calendar?  Same information and features as when we enter a workout...just, not completed yet.  Then, when the workout is complete, we would be able to add any additional information about heart rate/etc.

    Thanks!

I actually just joined and tried to do the same thing - to no avail.

Maybe they'll come up with some way to do that.  I like to plan ahead and see my schedule in advance.

    Good thinking!

I generally enter the workouts I plan to do, just without the details of how much time it took, etc.  If I already know I plan to run the 4-mile route in town, I can just enter this, see it on the calendar, then go back afterwards to enter total time, etc.  Works OK for me, although there's no way to tell that it's not completed yet, which would be nice, I agree...

Gee...I've been putting in all my planned workout, at least until the end of the month.  After the first week, I got a better idea of what I wanted to do and the time it would take to do it.  Generally, I go back and update the correct time and distance after the fact.  I also go a head an creat my daily log.  It's a good way to organize your thoughts.  It also helps to tweak future work outs.
