    Ok I've just started running.  I do three or four miles  a few times a week and once in awhile 5 miles.   The past few runs my feet have started to cramp.  Today I had to stop and walk.   I have a small wood roller that I massage the bottom of me feet with to try and relax the muscles.  Anyone have any other suggestions?  Oh yeah I'm starting to get shin splints too!  I've been icing the shin splints.

    Thanks, I was planning on doing that but haven't gotten around to it.  I guess I need to make it a priority.
