I don't know if I am the only person who feels this way but I have been searching for two weeks for a way to comment on the Iphone app! It seems I had to come to the forum to do it. There should be a little button that floats on every page that allows us as users to enter comments and suggestions. I can be reached via my text, twitter, facebook, linkin, and my 800# for my business for comments and suggestions by our members. Imap should have the same communication.

What's my gripe the gps feature or locate feature on the Iphone takes a really long time and I have changed my location to get a better signal, ridding almost a mile in each direction to give the app a chance to get a lock! Someone tweak that part of the app!

How do I create my own individual challenge? For example, I want to challenge myself to run for 20hrs in 30 days. Is there any to do that and customize that here? I have checked through all of the other forums and can't seem to find anything. Help? Please?

I'm sorry to post an unrelated comment here, but the forums for this site are a mess! Are there not any forums for support, feedback or suggestions? If someone can tell where to find this I would really appreciate it, cause I couldn't find anything like it wading through all the team and club names.

In case anyone is interested here is my suggestion for improving the site (besides fixing the awful forums!). I would like to see a the ability to drag a point on a pre-exisiting route line to another road, and have the line automatically follow the road paths to the new point. Native google maps has this function when getting diections from point A to point B, but they don't seem to allow access to it in thier API. However it looks to me like mapmyride could create this function by reruning the follow roads routine after a point is dragged to a new road.

Thanks, and sorry again for posting in the wrong place, I didn't know where else to do it!

I've been syncing my Nike+ mile to my training calendar, but I was upset to see that my goal/challenge does not also up date. It just seems crazy to have to log all of that information. It would be nice if it automatically updated

Spot reduction is a myth that consists in believing that exercising and training a particular body part will preferentially shed the fat on that part. For example, doing sit-ups is not the best way to reduce subcutaneous belly fat. One cannot reduce fat from one area of the body to the exclusion of others.
