    • We just released our new Goals & Challenges section that allows you to dare your friends to compete against you in a number of ways:

      * Total Distance over Time (i.e., Run 100 miles in 30 Days)

      * Weight Loss (lose 10lbs in 14 days)

      * Quit Smoking

      * Drink more Water

      And much more!
