by: Aschen - Apr 2 2008, 9:52AM I think it counts the day after you log the miles in your trianing.

by: Volcanogrrl - Apr 2 2008, 8:15AM I can't figure out how to get my mileage counted toward our goal. I got a couple of miles in last night and it doesn't seem to be showing.

by: Volcanogrrl - Apr 2 2008, 8:12AM I'm totally interested in doing it. I think the elevation will make it a good training run for us. However, Brea won't be back in August if we do it then. :(

by: Aschen - Apr 1 2008, 10:05AM Oh yeah, I'm super stoked to do teh St Helens 30! That would be just so cool, and cool to tell people, "oh, you know, I ran the 30 mile trail around St. Helens with a couple of blondes!! just another day in the life of me." =D It'll be really fun and probably beautiful...I fully intend on mapping this run to some degree, I've got a book that talks about that run, it's just a matter of me putting on here.
ABFAB? the television program? no, I think not. I dunno what it is, but maybe if you hum a few bars.
Keep it up Ollies!
Adam.

by: breab11 - Apr 1 2008, 1:47AM It logs any miles we have done...not just running miles....that is annoying! but on the log you can look at just running stuff...but still!

by: breab11 - Mar 29 2008, 12:16PM So with regard to Mt. St. Helen's I am totally on board for that in the fall. I am thinking that I won't make it to the ABFAB this year so maybe this can be a substitution for this year. We will just have to talk about it more when it gets closer.
Map My Points... The site is looking for more sponsors and have survey to help their decision making. So if you go to "my profile" along the top and it shows you your profile and your mapmypoints. Click on the link by your points that says "what are mapmypoints?" and it explains them and has the survey on that page. Just trying to be supportive to the site, cause it rocks my world.
100 mile Challenge! Whohoo, we start Monday the 31st! I have set the goal for the group so as a group we have to get 300 miles, and if one of us runs more it does not add to anyone else, so we will see what happens! whohoo!
Good Luck! Love you guys,
b

by: Volcanogrrl - Mar 21 2008, 6:19PM St. Helens when you get back would be awesome Brea -- it's beautiful in the Mountains in the fall!! That might be a good training run in September, kind of a last hurrah before the mary.
Training's going "spotty". I'm just a slacker sometimes, good god. Ran 2.5 miles, then walked 2.5 miles today. Did the first 2.5 miles at a 9:40 pace, which, like adam, I'd like to get down to sub 8. My goal for March was 34 miles (I wasn't even planning on doing this until like the 8 or 9th, that's my excuse). Brea, I like your goal of 100 miles. Crap at 7 miles a run, you should have no problem crankin out 100 miles! And yes, we'll run in Italy for SURE!
Adam, I might be up for Bloomsday with you. It would be pretty fun if you and I and Matt go. Are we going to do the entire Multi-Sport series that the 3rrr has this year? (correct answer: hell yeah!)
The next two weeks I'm going to train my brains out and then taper off the week before the Rage in the Sage.
Tomorrow's our training ride for the Rage, adam, you comin'? (correct answer: hell yeah!)
Are you guys using the shoe tracker on this site? I have been, it's slick.
Alrighty guys, see you soon and keep up the miles! AWOOOOO!

by: breab11 - Mar 21 2008, 3:50PM Sub 8 minute miles is an awesome goal, and I am sure being a guy you can take it on no problem. When is Bloomsday? and how far is it? You should try and get a hold of my brother, he might want to do it. I won't be coming back until september, but I would be up for a 30miles trail run around Mt. St. Helens. If you do it before hand let me know how it goes and maybe we could do it again once I am back. Anyway, keep up the awesome work, I know your rage in the sage is coming up quick so good luck to both you and Tres!
