Jacquie, Glad I was able to help :-)  My husband called me at work wondering if I was still planning on going to the gym during my lunch break.   He has the week of from work has been working on some house project - didn't to join me for a swim.  I completed 20 laps which I was surpised after this mornings workout. Lydia, I changed my mind about going to the gym for a 30 min workout but after seeing your posting, I dragged myself to the gym and did a 35 mins walk/run on the threadmill. The guy beside me was stinking it was unbearably, however, I sticked it out for 35 mins. Thanks for the motivation.

Jacquie,  I did my normal workout for Wednesday which is 45 min spin class - then off the bike for 15 min core workout.  Afterward I ran on the treadmil for 20 min.   It would be great to see a closer picture of you.  Do hope you are able to make it to the gym during lunch I am hoping to do the same maybe for a short swim or run on the treadmil. 20 miles, wow.  I need to find some other activity apart from the gym and running.  I did a 45 min spin class today...I felt bored in the class and normally would go upstairs and do an additional activity but not today.  I may go back during lunch.  Now you post your picture..nice to put a face to the postings. Jacquie, I meet the individual who created the website in one of our club meetings.  Yesterday I went riding with my husband before going to work completed 20 miles.

Lydia I know about this website, it's scary to know that your race history is sitting out there on the web. Crazy.  I walked on the threadmill on incline for 60 mins - walked 3.91 miles worked my arms for 5 mins.  No spinning class today, the instructor took the summer off.
