Group cycling is a 45 minute exercise class done on a stationary bike with a team of motivating instructors. This class will combine energizing music with a unique workout strengthening the heart and lungs while burning calories. Class will stimulate an outdoor ride that, together you will travel on flat roads, climb hills, sprint and race. The beauty of indoor cycling is that you can ride even when its raining or snowing outside! Bring a water bottle and hand towel class. Drop Ins available for $10/ride when room, call for availability. Now 50 percent discount when registering at the aquatic center for those exercise punch card and membership holders.
