description: Picturesque New England scenery, a tough climb up 117(Sugar Hill) but the views are well worth the effort. The back way into Littleton avoids all the box stores and heavy traffic. 302 can be busy but there is a good shoulder for most of it.

description: this is the route for the 4th of july century. People that want to do a shorter loop can join us at Baileys store in burke for a 50 mile ride or at the corner of rte2 & 18 there is a pull off and that would be a 70 mile ride. Ride meets at 9am and will get going by 9:15. The average pace should be around 17 so if you are meeting the group along the route you can plan how long it will take by the mileage markers.
