Bike Ride Description
First half is all trail along the Jock River and the Rideau River. There are two staircases along the route - so be prepared to carry your bike. The trails are not on the map, so try to stay on the paths closest to the rivers. You cross under Highway 16 at one point, then follow the Rideau River South towards Beryll Gaffney park. When you see the conservation center (under construction summer '07) turn left to follow the path to Barnsdale.
