Bike Ride Description
This route is 6.6 miles round. It combines flat, up hills, and of course you have down hills. It is an ideal route to train on for a combination of speed work and strength building. It can more interesting to reverse the direction each time, so hard up hills become fast and exhilarating down hills.

For an additional challenge, cycle up the toughest hill, Test Hill, and it is! Test Hill is more one of the roads through the centre of Richmond Park.
