Bike Ride Description
This is the dam loop starting at my house just above Barton Springs. For the more serious cyclists that live in Austin this is probably the most common training ride. It gives you a bail out option to shorten the ride to around 30 miles if the weather gets nasty. This is also the same group ride starting from Austin Tricyclist 8:30AM Saturday mornings which can swell to 100+ people on sunny days.

2222 is not pleasant travel--narrow shoulder and high, fast traffic.
