You can park your vehichle at the Fort from dawn to dusk if the NY State hasn't cut their funding. Otherwise, park at either the Municipal Pool or in the City theatre lot north of Dr. Varnums Dr's Office on the corner of E 4th & ?. Unload your bikes and enjoy what I deem to be the best hour bike ride of Oswego. Traffic along W. 1st St, Washington Blvdand Hillside Ave needs your careful attention. Hillside avenorth of Utica is One-way going north but I ride my bike on it going south. Lots of lake views. - a 7.5 mi cycling route in Oswego, New York
