Description of this Bike Ride

Out to Nassau, North Chatham, and Niverville, back home through Castleton. Made a mistake going down to 9J too far south -- the road below Castleton is just unspeakably awful. Luckily there was no traffic my way for a couple of miles, because not just the shoulder but the driving lane is dangerously degraded. Had great legs, tried a road I hadn't done in ages, felt good despite the hot hot sun. After the rollers on 151, this route is flat, flat, flat, followed by that climb up from Rensselaer.
