Corning Preserve to Nisky, Aqueduct, Clifton Park, and Waterford
Good flat circuit of 72k. Clifton Park continues to surprise, with Grooms Road offering tolerable traffic and fantastic shoulders and pavement. Grooms avoids the rollers of River Road, good for a distance that's a little longer than usual. Bike path segments add some speed to this, which I averaged at 28.3kph without really trying - a 44.6 mi cycling route in Albany, New York
