Climb Big Tujunga, stop at Hidden Springs Cafe before turning right onto Upper Big Tujunga for rollers and a bigger climb just before turning left on Angeles Forest. Stop for water at Red Box and continue on with a nice descent on Angeles Crest. and down to the bottom.
