Boy's and Girl's Cross Country Coach at Salem Community High School in Salem, Illinois

Profile

I started running in 1995, but really caught the bug when my kids started running cross country in grade school in 1999. That was the first year I ran in a 5K race and have been running ever since. I ran my first marathon with my oldest daughter in January 2006 at Disney World. This past winter 2008-2009 I ran the Myrtle Beach Marathon and the Germantown Tennessee Half Marathon as part of mentoring 3 high school seniors for the senior project.
