Cycling is my primary form of exercise. I am not a competitive cyclist. I just want to get out and see the countryside and burn up some calories. My average workout distance is 18 miles and my typical ride time is from 5:30 on. I'll try to ride a few 50-milers later in the season. I really enjoy taking new rides, so MapMyRide is a great resource.
