i'm a born-again cyclist, back on a road bike for the first time in more than half a lifetime (the last one was nicked in 1989) and determined to use the bike more and the car a whole lot less. only two bikes at the moment - the newly-acquired giant scr1, and the kona cindercone which my then-fiancee bought me as a wedding present in 1999. it's a great bike for commuting, specially with the slicks on it.
