Got back into riding after 20 years off in 2007. Trek 1500, bone stock. Time RXE pedals with Lake shoes, fairly simple and inexpensive. Rode in the 2007 CIGNA Health Awareness Tour in September between Bloomfield, CT and Scranton, PA. In 2008 planning an assault on the CT Shoreline to MA Stateline and back ride, approx. 126 miles.
