I'm mainly a runner, but I am also keen to maintain my fitness generally with weights.

I have run quite a lot of half marathons.
My toughest run has been a very hilly marathon.

I normally aim to run 2 x 5mile runs in the week and a long run of between 10-15 miles at the weekend.
Also sometimes to a bit of cycling and swiming, occasionally other stuff too.
I have completed the London Triathlon (Olypmic distance) in a little under 3 hours.
