I can't say that you're doing too shaby yourself!
I love doing the challenges, on those days that I don't really want to go out seeing that percentage can be just the extra kick I need! I have to say, that the first time I did them though it was more of an incentive just so I could have done it, but it still helps and I have to say that my cycling really did improve with the first time through when I really did have a specific mileage goal...now my goal is just to get the mileage in
