Notes good long ride. hit the wall 3 miles from home, not bad. didn't eat enough. i need to drink a little more water. tried my new insoles today. not bad. foot still hurt a little, not nearly as much. i'll give them a week or so to break in. i need a new saddle! at the end of the ride my weight was 158 lbs!
